Realization of a modular Industrial Programmable Controller to control the mini Coffee Flour Mill
Introduction
Industrial machines in general are automated to be more efficient, especially with repressive tasks, it also offers precision and better quality for a reduced cost, we had the idea to make this mini-factory a small example of an industrial chain and we put different kinds of actuators for the purpose of learning programming and many other learning reasons. This mini factory is portable and flexible, it contains sensors, PLC and different types of motors (stepper, DC, AC ...), which makes it perfect for learning.

est faite à des fins éducatives, nous l'avons donc intégrée à différents actionneurs, pré-actionneurs et capteurs pour une meilleure compréhension, cela peut aussi représenter une petite chaîne de production que nous pouvons traiter comme une chaîne de production complète. Cette mini-usine est faite pour la mouture du café de manière automatique, sans aucune intervention humaine.

Le déroulement de notre système automatisé
Le café est mis dans le réservoir intégré à un moteur pas à pas pour l'ouvrir et le refermer. Le café tombe dans la bande motorisée lorsque le réservoir s'ouvre pour le conduire à la chambre de traitement qui est également intégrée à un autre moteur pas à pas pour l'ouverture et la fermeture, la chambre de traitement contient un moteur à courant continu pour le meulage.
